OnArrival

Two million properties. Zero duplicates.

Thirty-plus suppliers merged property-by-property and room-by-room, so you always quote the best rate and never show the same hotel twice.

Many supply pools. One catalog.

A wholesale bedbank rate, a chain-direct loyalty rate and a GDS line arrive as the same object in your code. Then they fight it out on price.

BEDBANKS

Bedbanks & wholesalers

HotelBeds, WebBeds, TBO and RateHawk-class pools: net rates, contracted allocations and the long tail of independents.

How it works

One property, every rate.

Search returns deduplicated properties with every supplier rate merged onto one card and ranked by total price; book with the rate id and a payment token, and the quote re-verifies so you never confirm stale inventory. Two calls. Your customer sees one Hyatt, not five.

In depth

Supply, mapping, rates.

Aggregation is easy. Aggregation without duplicates, mismatched rooms or missed best rates is the hard part, and it’s included.

01

Hotel mapping, built in

Every listing is reconciled to a canonical property ID using geo, address, phone and content signals. Before: three suppliers send "Grand Hyatt Dubai", "Hyatt Grand, Dubai" and "Grand Hyatt - Dubai DXB" as three separate hotels. After: one canonical property, one card, five supplier rates competing on price beneath it. Two million properties, continuously re-verified: under 0.1% ever surface twice.

Mapping
02

Room mapping, also built in

"Garden View Double", "Garden Facing Standard" and "Garden Twin" are the same physical room from three suppliers. We map at room level so rates compete on price, not on naming creativity.

Mapping
03

Rich content, normalised

A 300+ amenity taxonomy in 14 languages, photo CDN with deduped imagery, multilingual descriptions and accessibility data, merged from the most authoritative source per field.

Content
04

Best-rate logic

Every rate from every pool on one card, scored by total price after taxes and fees, refundability, breakfast and loyalty eligibility. Your markup rules layer on top.

Pricing
05

Bring your own supply

Direct hotel contracts and negotiated wholesale rates plug into the same mapping pipeline and compete in the same best-rate ranking, flagged as yours, settled to you.

Why mapping matters

Room-level mapping is the difference between a customer comparing five prices for one room, and abandoning a page that shows five hotels that are all the same hotel.

Who it's for

Where Hotels earns its keep.

OTA

Travel sellers

Wholesale depth plus chain-direct rates in one ranking, with the mapping problem, the content problem and the supplier contracts already handled.

"One integration replaced nine supplier connections."

"Travellers book in policy because in-policy wins on price."
Questions

Before you integrate Hotels.

Something we haven’t covered? Talk to the team. A real engineer answers, never a bot.

Is hotel and room mapping an extra product or fee?

No. Mapping is how the catalog works, not an add-on. Every search response is already deduplicated at property and room level. There’s nothing to configure or license separately.

How fresh are rates and availability?

Live supplier calls at search time, accelerated by a sub-second cache for high-traffic city/date pairs. Quotes re-verify at booking so you never confirm a stale rate.

Can I use my own direct hotel contracts?

Yes. Upload contracted rates or connect your extranet; they flow through the same mapping pipeline and compete in best-rate ranking, flagged as your own supply.

How do cancellations and refunds work across suppliers?

One cancellation API. We normalise every supplier’s policy into a machine-readable schedule at quote time, so you can show exact penalties before booking and refund programmatically after.

What about content quality: photos, amenities, descriptions?

Each field is merged from the most authoritative source: chain-direct descriptions beat bedbank stubs, high-res photos dedupe against thumbnails, and amenities map to a 300+ item taxonomy in 14 languages.
