01The booking experience

Flights and the rest of the trip

Give customers flights, activities, transfers, buses and eligible travel protection alongside their hotel. Link the selected products in one trip, and keep each supplier’s booking details and terms.

Your hotel offering can grow into a complete travel product.

See the travel products →

A travel section inside your app

Embed complete search, checkout and booking screens with your branding. Use microfrontends for a ready-made travel section, or SDKs for web, iOS, Android, Flutter and React Native.

Your team can choose how much of the interface to build.

Explore embedded travel →

Flight MCP, alongside hotel MCP

Nuitée already offers hotel MCP. OnArrival covers both flights and hotels, so an AI assistant can search, check prices and complete approved bookings for either product.

Ways to launch

Choose how much you build.

Your team can choose how much of the interface to build. Start with ready-made screens, or build your own on the APIs. MCP adds a way for AI agents to use the same booking tools.

  1. APIs

Build your own screens on top of the booking tools. Your team designs every step.

  2. SDKs

Ready-made code for web, iOS, Android, Flutter and React Native. Use it for selected components.

  3. Microfrontends

A ready-made travel section inside your app: search, checkout and booking screens with your branding.

MCP, for AI agents

MCP (Model Context Protocol) is a standard way for AI assistants to use tools. With it, an agent can search, check prices and book flights and hotels, within approval rules and spend limits.

02The operations behind it

Your airline and hotel supply together

Nuitée supports direct hotel inventory. OnArrival also connects airline agreements and GDS access, alongside your direct hotel rates and OnArrival supply.

Bring more of your existing travel business into the same platform.

Bring your own suppliers →

International payments tied to the trip

Connect customer payments, supplier payouts, currency conversion and refunds to each booking. Use supported payment methods or connect an existing Stripe or Adyen account.

Finance can follow the money from the customer to the supplier and back.

Explore payments →

Your points, across more travel products

Let customers redeem points or points plus cash for eligible flights, stays and activities. Set your own redemption rates and keep booking, points and refund records connected.

Getting started

Getting started, step by step.

Start small, keep what works, pick your interface and switch safely.

  1. Start small

Do we have to launch every travel product?

No. Start with the products you need, such as flights and hotels. Add activities, ground travel or eligible protection as your product grows. You can also use standalone services such as hotel mapping.

  2. Keep what works

Can we keep our suppliers and payment accounts?

Yes. OnArrival supports bringing your airline agreements, GDS access and direct hotel rates. You can also use supported existing payment accounts, including Stripe or Adyen. The connections and payment setup are agreed for your launch.

  3. Pick your interface

Can we use our own interface?

Yes. Use APIs to build your own screens, SDKs for selected components, or microfrontends to embed a ready-made booking experience. MCP gives AI agents another way to use the booking tools.

  4. Switch safely

How do we switch without losing existing bookings?

Start by agreeing which new bookings move to OnArrival. Existing bookings retain their original supplier references, payment history and servicing responsibilities until they are completed or refunded.
