Before launch, decide who is merchant of record in each market: your business, or OnArrival where that setup is offered. Your agreement also sets payment scope and regional disclosures.

Confirm your PCI scope

Saved-card (tokenised) payments can reduce exposure to raw card data. Your integration still needs the PCI assessment that fits its payment flow.

Merchant and agent of record

Your business or OnArrival can be merchant of record. The commercial agreement sets who handles ticketing and seller duties in each launch market.

FX and settlement handled

Settlement links to the booking. Where offered, the quote shows the locked exchange rate and how long it holds.
