How reliable is operator-direct inventory?

Each operator integration is monitored for confirm latency, ghost availability and boarding disputes; operators that fall below threshold are delisted until they recover. Aggregator fallback keeps the route covered.

Do all operators support seat selection?

Most direct integrations do. 1.2M layouts and counting. Where an operator only supports auto-assignment, the offer says so explicitly, and we honour preferences (window, lower berth) on a best-effort basis.

How do refunds work when operators have wildly different policies?

Same as hotels: every policy is normalised into a machine-readable penalty schedule at quote time. You show exact refund amounts before booking; the refund API executes them after.

Is live tracking available everywhere?

Roughly 60% of direct operators expose GPS. The offer carries a tracking flag, so you only promise the live map when it will actually be there.

Can buses combine with flights in one trip?

Yes, through Bundles. Fly into Lisbon, sleeper to Porto, one booking, one cancellation flow, with protected connection windows between the legs.
