One catalog, many shapes.

A museum skip-the-line, a multi-day Himalayan trek and an airport transfer are wildly different products. They arrive in one schema.

How it works

Attach an experience mid-flow.

A flight or hotel confirmation fires a webhook. Query by destination, dates and traveller profile; the customer adds a ranked nearby experience to the existing trip record. Availability holds through checkout. No second payment sheet or orphaned booking.

In depth

A catalog worth selling.

Most activity feeds are unvetted aggregator dumps on request-based availability. Ours is vetted operator by operator, with confirmed inventory per departure slot.

01

Curated, not crawled

Every product is vetted by our supply team for operator quality, photo accuracy and redemption reliability. No mislabelled tours, no dead vouchers.

Catalog
02

90k+, by category

Roughly 40% tickets and timed-entry attractions, 30% guided and multi-day tours, 12% transfers and mobility, 10% dining and tastings, 8% wellness and live events: a real spread, not a feed dominated by one city’s skip-the-line.

Catalog
03

Live time-slot inventory

Real availability per departure time, group-size limits and language options: confirmed inventory, not request-and-wait. Sold out shows before checkout, not after.

Inventory
04

Instant confirmation

95% of bookings confirm in the API response with a QR voucher attached. The rest confirm via webhook within minutes, with auto-refund if the operator declines.

Booking
05

Mid-trip attach

Webhooks fire on flight and hotel confirmation so you can offer the desert safari when the Dubai trip books, and add it to the same trip record.

Mobile-first redemption

QR vouchers, offline-cached tickets, timezone-aware reminders and live meeting-point maps: the travel-day experience is part of the product.

Weather & disruption logic

Weather-conditional products carry rebook policies; cancelled flights trigger reschedule offers for affected activities automatically.

The attach economics

The flight is won on price. The hotel is won on choice. The experience is pure margin, and it attaches on roughly 1 in 4 bundled trips when you offer it at the moment the trip becomes real.

Who it's for

Where Experiences earns its keep.

OTA

Trip packagers

Attach tours and transfers to flight+hotel bundles at quote time, with availability that holds through checkout.

"Safari plus transfer plus skip-the-line, one checkout."
Hospitality

Hotels & concierge

A digital concierge with live inventory: guests book vetted local products from the room, the property earns the margin.

"Our front desk stopped photocopying brochures."
Fintech

Cards & loyalty

Points-funded experiences are the highest-emotion redemption in the catalog, and they deliver the most perceived value per point.

"Members remember the hot-air balloon, not the cashback."
Questions

Before you integrate Experiences.

Something we haven’t covered? Talk to the team. A real engineer answers, never a bot.

How is this different from connecting Viator or GetYourGuide?

Aggregator feeds are broad but unvetted, and most inventory is request-based. Our catalog is vetted operator by operator, carries live time-slot availability, and shares the same offer/booking/refund model as every other product on the platform, so it composes into bundles.

What happens if an operator cancels?

A webhook fires with rebook options for the same product on alternate slots, or comparable products nearby. If the traveller declines, refund is automatic. You never front the operator risk.

Can I sell transfers and airport pickups?

Yes. Point-to-point transfers, shared shuttles and private cars are first-class products with flight-number tracking, so a delayed arrival reschedules the pickup automatically.

How does redemption work for my customers?

Each booking returns a QR voucher and a wallet-ready pass. Vouchers cache offline, carry the meeting point with live map link, and fire timezone-aware reminders you can brand.

Can I curate my own subset of the catalog?

Yes. Build named collections by destination, theme or margin target ("honeymoon Lisbon", "family Dubai") and query them directly, or let our ranking pick per trip context.
