How it works

One property, every rate.

Search groups matched supplier listings under one property and compares the available rates. Recheck the selected rate before booking; if price or availability changes, show the traveller the updated offer.

In depth

Supply, mapping, rates.

Property matching, room details and supplier rates belong together. Give travellers a clear comparison without losing the conditions attached to each offer.

01

Hotel mapping, built in

Match supplier listings to a shared property ID using location, address, phone and content. For example, three spellings of Grand Hyatt Dubai can become one hotel card with the available supplier rates beneath it. Uncertain matches need review.

Mapping
02

Room mapping, also built in

Room names alone do not establish a match. We compare bed configuration, occupancy and view, then keep meal plans and cancellation terms attached to each rate. A double room and a twin room must stay distinct when their beds differ.

Mapping
03

Rich content, normalised

A 300+ amenity taxonomy in 14 languages, photo CDN with deduped imagery, multilingual descriptions and accessibility data, merged from the most authoritative source per field.

Best-rate logic

Every rate from every pool on one card, scored by total price after taxes and fees, refundability, breakfast and loyalty eligibility. Your markup rules layer on top.

Bring your own supply

Direct hotel contracts and negotiated wholesale rates plug into the same mapping pipeline and compete in the same best-rate ranking, flagged as yours, settled to you.

Why mapping matters

Property mapping brings listings for the same hotel together. Room mapping then helps travellers compare like-for-like rooms, with rate conditions shown separately.

Questions

Hotels: common questions

Does matching a room also match its rate conditions?

No. Room identity and rate conditions are separate. Rates for the same room can differ in meals, cancellation penalties, payment timing and occupancy conditions. Compare those terms alongside the price before booking.

Is hotel and room mapping an extra product or fee?

Property and room mapping are included in the Hotels catalog. If you want to map your own inventory without using our booking API, the standalone Mapping service has its own commercial terms.

How fresh are rates and availability?

Search uses supplier availability and caching where appropriate. Recheck the selected rate before booking, because prices, rooms and cancellation conditions can change before confirmation.

Can I use my own direct hotel contracts?

Yes. Upload contracted rates or connect your extranet; they flow through the same mapping pipeline and compete in best-rate ranking, flagged as your own supply.

How do cancellations and refunds work across suppliers?

Use one cancellation API, with the supplier’s penalty schedule attached to the rate. Check the current cancellation quote before confirming; track the refund separately until the money is returned.

What about content quality: photos, amenities, descriptions?

Each field is merged from the most authoritative source: chain-direct descriptions beat bedbank stubs, high-res photos dedupe against thumbnails, and amenities map to a 300+ item taxonomy in 14 languages.
