How airline offers reach your app.

Search returns ranked offers with branded fares, taxes, baggage and seats already merged into one object; book with the offer id and a payment token. Offer validity and required price checks depend on the booking flow. The response shape is identical whether an NDC carrier, a GDS line or an LCC answered.

How should I check coverage for my launch?

Start with the routes, airlines and markets you need. Confirm the available fares, ticketing setup and supported changes and refunds for that scope during onboarding. The total carrier count is not a guarantee that every fare or servicing action is available on every connection.

Do I need my own IATA or ARC accreditation?

No. You can sell under OnArrival’s ticketing authority from your first booking. If you later obtain your own accreditation, we switch the issuing path without any API change.

Is LCC content really bookable, or screen-scraped?

Bookable. Operator-direct API integrations with 140+ low-cost carriers: real inventory with real change and refund flows. Nothing is scraped and no robot fills in a checkout form.

How do changes and refunds work across sources?

The same orders API regardless of source. We translate to the carrier’s native flow (NDC OrderChange, GDS reissue, or LCC self-service) and return one normalised result with the fare difference and penalties itemised.

What happens during a schedule change or cancellation?

A webhook fires with the affected booking and a ranked set of re-accommodation offers. You can auto-accept by policy, present options to the traveller, or escalate to a human queue.

Can I bring my own airline contracts and consolidator fares?

Yes. Private fares, corporate deals and consolidator content plug into the same graph and dedupe against public content. Your negotiated fare wins when it should.
